Greg - Consider reading about the extensive testing Mar-K did on wood finishes. Go to this link http://www.mar-k.com/index.php?p=tips-and-tricks and you will see four write ups. Finish test I, II 2007 and 2010 under the Bed Wood section. It's a test from a neutral perspective. They only sell the wood and not any of the finishes they tested.
