I would change motor oil and filter. If the gas tank has not been coated with a gas tank sealer, I would add some cleaner to that gas to clean the carb., check cooling level and tire pressure. You probably should check the oil levels in the trans, TC, and diffs. as a precaution until you become familiar with the truck, and check for any oil, and brake fluid leaks. On the end of the speedo there is a long cylinder screw that has a wick inside for speedo shaft lubrication, add some oil to the wick, also the oil cap at the end of the generator and distributor side, you'll see them, they flip up. I wouldn't think you would need to do much more than that for a start. Congratulations, on your truck!
