The other has too many variables, to make a definite statement for youth to follow, never tailgate any vehicle, or make sure you are texting so when you hit you can call the authorities quickly.
Tailgating a Semi.
There was a State Trooper that radared truckers at the bottom of hills so the semi could not get the speed up for the upcoming run. Truckers got tired of tickets and starting up the hill from a dead start. So one day a trucker noticed that Trooper tailing him close with out any lights on at night, the trucker popped his air on the trailer and the cop slammed into the trailer. Cop wanted to ticket him, but truck driver said a deer ran out in front of him and he slammed on the breaks, and all lights were operable. After totaling the cruiser that cop got written up and later he got a anonymous message that next time he tries to ticket a rig at the bottom of a hill prior to a climb, the squad car and he will look worse, end of that problem.
