The sad thing, some of those items do kill people when not in use but when gravity takes over... ie icicles, bowling balls on a shelf, and even a neck tie if caught in a machine... but a bow has to be picked up, pointed at something, pulled back, aimed, and released... its less of a weapon than a bat because that just has to be swung at someone!
The worst part, is the poor soul that "flagged" the item when they came across the listing of a "Youth bow"... I can't imagine being their poor sheltered child that will be taken advantage of at any opportunity and ask the government to protect them from the outside world.
