Sounds like a problem with your phone. Power it off then start it back up to see if the problem is still there. I find on my phone that when it starts doing stuff like that it’s cascade and memory needs to be cleared. If your still having issues after rebooting your phone, make sure your phone has the latest operating system and all updates.

Android users apparently are way behind others in keeping their phones updated.
