Below you said they have been on for ten years, if they rode well until now I'm still thinking it's flat spots from sitting on the ground.
I remember loading dad's IH flatbed with a load of logs for the mill, since he was going that way in the am. It was not a real cold night only down to around 10* or 15*, he said it was bucking for 50 miles before they warmed and got back to round.
Like Paul said give them some time on the road before any shaving.

Paul, how is the weather, I remember in 1977 the weather station in Saranac Lake reading -44 and wind around 30 mph off Lower St. Regis Lake, I had a cold .25 mile walk across the quad at 5am to get breakfast started for about 500 others at Paul Smith's.
