I usually get so busy making things, and wanting to put them to use, that I forget to take pictures. What I can say, is I used a piece of 3/8" plate to mount the crane on. I supported the plate with channel that rest on the truck's frame.
The rock in this picture really put the whole thing to a test. It bent the base of the crane, but did no damage to the part I built to mount it to.
