So my flatbed has been welded up and I wanted to put a crane on it. The welder was doubtful that the bed frame could take a 1000lb load in the corner. Do you recall the thickness/gauge of your frame? Do you have any supports coming up from underneath to add strength? Looks like I'll need the crane just to hoist the spare up there. Ha!
