you mentioned below you have no dwell meter. if having same issue with two carbs then incorrect spark maybe an issue. not having dwell set right is like putting a virus in a computerized ignition system. the dist is like a computer and alot is going on in there.
the actron units I think are the newest brand and are still availalbe new i believe
