Unfortunately the PW has become a popular truck. I think what held it back for so many years is that there were no reproduction body parts which makes restoration very labor intensive. Now that beds, fenders, tailgates are available, it just buy parts, slap them on and paint. Much cheaper to do. The flip side it makes parts available to the individual who is trying to put a truck back together. But then again they have become so dang expensive to buy these days, even for a very rough truck.
