It looks like a MARS/Hercules conversion. It has a manual to install a MARS diesel in an M37, as well as a MARS exhaust system. It also has a disc brake kit from (Tim?) Peterson, which means part of the conversion was done (or at least parts purchased) 20+ years ago. I wonder if someone bought a bunch of parts to upgrade the truck, then did the work much later, or sold the whole "kit" to someone else who finished it later. Paul Caudell at MARS died in 2009, so this is one of the few or possibly the only MARS/Hercules diesels actually installed in a Power Wagon.
