Well it was back in the truck now! Everything went fine till I decided to put tranny fluid back in since it went back in so quick! I had it all bolted in ready for the transfer case to go on easy 1 hour or so job to wrap it up for a test drive. Not sure what I was thinking but after I poured a gallon of fluid into it I saw some on the floor? Looked under the truck about a 1/2 plus gallon had come out the tail shaft opening and onto my shop floor! It had formed a 1/4" thick 6 foot circle and was spreading fast. Then I started cussing out loud! Grabbed rolls of shop towels and started putting them down over it to sop it up used 2 full rolls. Now I got this nice stain on the shop floor to deal with when I back the truck out this week end to test drive it. Man it better work after all this crap!
