its hard to even think how that a normal person would forget his child or animal in a hot car. i think a person who leaves an animal in a car or abuses it should be prosecuted as if it were a child. an animal depends on you to take care of it just like a child does. but it don't stop with a pet or animal they always depend on you .. that really hits a nerve with me.. they should be given the same treatment but worse.. and why would you leave a child in a car with the world as it is.. it makes no since
