Bed Liner As Sound Proofing

Anyone here have experience using spray-on bed liner in and under the cab to reduce sound?

I have plans to use spray-on bed liner inside my fenders as a protection from rocks and was thinking about using it inside and under my cab and inside on the walls of the bed also.

Any thoughts, experience?
