1. Any insight from experienced restorers on where to lift the cab off of the frame? The last one I lifted through the doors with a strap and damaged the drip rails. I don't want to damage the sheet metal on this cab.

2. Why is the left front (Drivers side) cab mount system different than the other three cab mounts?

3. The right front bolt was rusted and frozen in the bushing. The body was rusted in the area of the bolt head and the head had cancer from the continuous rusting. I had to cut the head off the bolt and drive the bolt down and out. Any one have an extra bolt and bushing?
