Everyone grows old and retires.
Used to be there was a young fellow eager to jump at the chance, not so anymore.
Very few of these young Guy's and Gal's are willing anymore.
True in almost all trades now a days.
Your limited to find a middle age guy who is not too set in his way's and willing to work your way.
Problem is about the time he starts working out, it's time for him to move on.
I would contact a Trade school about to be or newly graduated students and see if they have any names for you.
