Power-Wagons were not produced until very late 1945. A 1-1/2 ton WC would have been a Military Dodge but would not have had sheetmetal doors.

All of that aside, there are differences between the internal parts of 1939 to 1968 Dodge truck doors depending upon the year of manufacture and whether or not they were military or Power-Wagon.
