Find out if they got it at a auto auction or if it was a local trade. That sounds like a really good buy, so I'd be carefull. they really want to move it for some reason if they are letting it go that cheap. Ask him if you can test drive it for a day and bring it back later on or tomorrow. Look in the glove box for the old registration and try and call the old owner and ask him about the truck. Remember, if a truck goes to a dealers auction, it's because they could not sell it off the lot after 180 days or so. Good Luck.
