This is showing my confusion about my original setup (so you may not want to look!). The arm was floating, looking like it should be pivoting in hole A, but there wasn't anything to keep it there. I created a linkage from hole B to hole A, which retains a pin on which the floating linkage fixed.
So, hopefully you will a better example! Now that you have reminded me of this, I'm interested in how it should look also.
