For what it is worth - this is from my 1/2t WC from a while ago. I'm not sure how correct this is and there was a piece missing (which I replaced with a piece of flat stock, which is what those comments on the image are referring to). I think there was supposed to be a stud on my transmission, but only a hole was present also.
T-case lever is on the outside. I don't recall a spacer, but my levers were retained by a washer and cotter pin. It also flaps around a bit, so pipe is probably a good idea.
I can look on my parts truck also if nothing better comes up, but that might be a basket case also.
