Do you have the correct throw out bearing.. If it too thin you will have this problem. If you have a brand new clutch disk it could be just a little thick. It is getting real had to find the correct disk at the parts stores these days most are rebuilt way beyond useful life. Get a hold of DC for a correct clutch disk.
