What did not do right? Clutch Adjustment??

Can't find a picture in my books on how it goes back together to check. The gray colored lever hits the bolt behind it and won't allow me to disengage the clutch all the way? The Throw Out spins free but the Key Way in the shafts other end is keeping me from adjusting it back some. Nothing is bent, all parts matched and I pulled the clutch twice to make sure the disk was the right way. These were parts off working trucks. Not sure maybe I put the gray part on backwards?? Do you see something wrong with this close up picture?
