McMaster-Carr sells them. The advantage is you can easily replace the cable or the clamp individually, and you can terminate the cable with an ordinary crimp-sleeve connector, or even a piece of copper tubing soldered on and crimped flat with a hole in the end. They're much more reliable than the "clamp on" aftermarket cable ends they sell in the auto parts stores. Also, the bolt allows you to add any number of other cables for accessories direct off the battery post. I just wish they were available with stainless-steel bolts and nuts. I'll sometimes swap them out.
