Think about it, look for alternatives. Walk away and do something else. It's amazing how sometimes things solve themselves if you give them a little time.

My three rules for happiness:

1. Don't ride a motorcycle.

2. Don't Get married

3. Never buy a car you can't get parts for at Chief Auto.

Follow those three rules and you will be a lot happier. Although, I'm not so sure about rule #2.
