I'd have no problem with her riding motocross though...if I did I certainly wouldn't let my wife ride.
I've only ever had 2 injuries in my 45 years. You guys all know about the last one & yes, it was painful but that's life...could have been in a car accident or fallen off my roof but I was riding when I was tired & it was dumb.
The other accident...same thing..riding tired. Bottom line...it's as safe as you make it. If you take risks you will get hurt but if you ride within your means, you'll have loads of fun.
