Power Wagon Factory Tires

Just curious,does anyone know if flatfender power wagons all came from the factory with non directional tires or was there an optional tire available? Reason I am asking is I noticed the spare tire on My Wm300 looks to have the date 7-60 stamped on it and the wheel is stamped 6-14-60. The tire is a Firestone and is not a non directional.The tread is an open lug type similiar to a Power King tire. Pardon the ramblings.
