Timing Marks on 1961 251 CID Engine

I'm about to set the timing on my truck's engine and the timing marks on the chain cover have no magnitude. I can't find any reference to where 5 degrees BTDC should be. The timing marks have an "I" to the extreme left; an "O" to the extreme right; a depressed "Vee" notch in the center with a timing mark in it's root and then a timing mark on either side of that Vee notch. I assume that 5 degrees BTDC would be the timing mark to the left of the depressed Vee notch. Can anybody confirm? Thanks.....Keith.
