If I understand you correctly,the answer is, the 1946WDX-1968WM300 are basically one and the same truck.Both used 9:00x16 tires and came standard with 5:83 gears or the optional 4:89 gears.The ND(non-directional)tires were 36" tall and the bolt pattern is the same as well as the Dodge 3/4 ton military wheels except that they were usually the combat style(the side bolted on instead of a slip ring).
