Every one is different, but here's some general stuff.

Assuming you are going to replace the glass, break it out first with the frame intact, this makes it a lot easier to access and soak all those joints.

The bottom joint of the centre bar may well be rotten. It will need some attantion from a MIG, as will the inside face of the whole lower section.

When putting it back together fill all the groove with black panel sealant and just slide the glass in. For some reason all the black WINDSCREEN sealant I get doesn't set completely and is useless for this job.

Use the same panel sealant to bed the cab side windows into the bottom runners. the runners are usually rusted to the point that if you try to force the original type rubber in they will just lever apart at the seam, but black panel sealant sticks them in semi-permanently and, of course, waterproofs it much better than the original insert rubber.

Don't even think about this job without;

A MIG welder.
Black panel sealant.
Taps and dies for the assembly screws.

Finally, every screen I see that has been re-fitted and is leaking, leaks beacuse it's improperly adjusted. remember where all thos shims were at the top mounting hinges ? put them all back exactly the same way.
