Found this on Ebay - See Below
This guy sells the inner and outer 39-47 dodge truck inner and outer exact replacement patch panels for your WC doors. They are the same as what he advertises for 39-47 dodge truck.
Those particular patch panels are not currently on ebay but I have seen him having auctions for them in the past. They look to be exact reproductions of the bottom inner and outer portions of any WC or Power Wagon closed cab doors.

You will have to ebay message him and ask away and see if he can send you his phone number or ask him to email you his contact info and email photos of the patch panels.
