I was disappointed to learn that a 6at is not a smaller version of the b-series. It is an entirely different engine with indirect injection.
Noise and vibration of the 4bt was a concern of ours initially, but the more I become accustomed to the 6 and 4bt, the more I like them both.
You don't really love diesels until you learn to love the sound of a 4bt or a Detroit.
