OT: Plasma cutter questions

Hey guys, I am soon going to be in the market for a decent plasma cutter. I was looking real hard at Hypertherm.

Here are some rough criteria:

-Clean cut up to about 1/2" thickness (I also cut alot of sheet +/- 14ga
-Affordable and easily available consumables
-Ease of setup/use
-Semi portable
-120 or 240v (opinions please)
-Equipment plus setup (filters etc..) around about $1500

I really appreciate you opinions so please let me know your experience so thanks in advance.
