A few things you should always do, even with state side sales is to put delivery confirmation on EVERTHING and offer insurance. State that you are not responsible for lost or damage items if insurance is not chosen. I never had a claim from someone who had gotten insurance.

I quit doing anything from overseas as well. Too many bad experiences and shipping usually was more than quoted. Slow shipping and people would get upset and just dragged out to long. Not worth the risk to me.

Another common scam is for someone to act like they were disappointed with piece and threaten bad feedback. They always want a discountand it'll be "okay" then. The 6 times that has happened to me I tell them to send it back and I'll refund their money PLUS the shipping charges as I want them happy. NONE have taken me up as they are just scamming.

My guess is he'll want to pay via another method that involves you giving personal info.
