After cleaning all grounds, including mounting points of the ECM and the ground lead for the PCM, I still only get 6.5 volts at the lift pump lead, and still no voltage at pin 7 on the injection pump connector.
The other interesting thing is that I have a current draw of about 20 milliamps with no loads. Meaning, when I connect the ground cable to the battery I git a tiny spark, sort of a discharge static charge kind of a spark, but a steady 20ma draw. I am uncertain if this is normal, and don't recall seeing this before. Studying the situation, I don't see an explanation for it.
