I think I have a ground problem on a 93 Cummins, also. It just turned off a couple miles from home. Turned out it blew the thermo couple that controls the fuel pump, and operates the starter, wipers and directioonal signals. My son Keenan replaced the thermo couple with a fuse, and it runs for a while and then blows a fuse. He is replacing the ignition switch now, quick and economical. If that doesn't fix it we're thinking maybe a wire damaged by a mouse, as the truck set for a while and some tissues got chewed up. I am trying to avoid that tow to the dealer also, ala Gordon.
