I saved this from another post. it is well done. Dodge did not use the lock nut style tappets. the threads on the tappet screw are interference fit. so you hold the tappet and adjust the screw. quite easy. remove the whole fender or just the inner fender to make this job much easier. or run a chain hoist down from the rafters, tie your feet in it and hang upside down to get at the valves. ;/)

This is from the P15-D24 site and are set HOT.
For cold setting add .002
Terry
Exhaust valve clearance .010
Intake valve clearance .008
Stage A, #1 and #6 at TDC, #1 in firing position
Stage B, #1 and #6 at TDC, #6 in firing position
Stage A - Adjust
#1 Both valves
#2 Inlet valve
#3 Exhaust Valve
#4 Inlet valve
#5 Both valves
Stage B - Adjust
#2 Both valves
#3 Inlet valve
#4 Exhaust valve
#5 Inlet valve
#6 Both valves
