I finished the template for my crossmember. I made the end panels slightly wider than the box so I can fillet weld both sides of the side panels. I also extended the lower angle plates up to connect to the top plate. I figure it will add additional stiffness to the crossmember.

Just need to find a shop that can cut it out for me.
