Sure, use it up.
I observed this on mine:
If it is very cold, and I didn't putt around slowly at first, warmed the engine up but then hit high speeds,(42 mph!)the heavy oil in the transfer case will froth, and oil foam will come out the t case breather.
I checked the level after seeing the puddle, and it didn't go down much at all.
Run the 85/140. It's paid for.
