Except for the 179 deduction, none of the rest of that stuff is even being discussed. Most of it's a poison pill for the Democrats, which is the party that's pushing the bailouts the hardest. The only thing everybody in DC can agree on, when it comes to any complicated issue, is to throw more (borrowed) money at it. Nobody will even dare mention actually repealing any previously-passed law, no matter how minor.
