I have no residual pressure valves in the sytem and there is no microloc. The line between the brake light switch distibution block is steel and it is fine. No, I did not adjust/repair or do anything prior to this happening. I have been driving the truck for 4 years with no brake problems and one day I notice the brake lights were staying on. I do have the shop manual and I am following rule number one of not adjusting the push rod. I did not adjust it and then have this problem so I'm not going to adjust it and think it will solve the problem. I replaced the MC with a brand new one because I thought like Copey that it was a pressure problem and since I am 100% sure the relief hole is clear I spent the money on a new MC. If I have a collapsed rubber line will it cause a pressure build up between the MC and the collapsed line or would the pressure build only build between the rubber line and the wheel cylinder?
