Does it work, just lots of effort, or does it not move at all? None at all could be some kind of defective part.

I once had a 12" clutch in my 428 F250. Sure took a lot of left leg to drive it in stop and go. One of the three fingers wore through in about 50,000 miles. I like the wimpy clutch in my FFPW. Otherwise I would have to convert to an auto.
