Here you go...
1. Remove tire from truck

2. Attend OSHA-approved training course for tire changing.

3. Remove valve core from stem

4. Break bead on tire (both sides)

5. Pry off lock ring

6. Slide tire, tube and flap off wheel

To install, reverse procedure.

Once tire is on the wheel, pound the lock-ring into the groove on the wheel.

When you air up the tire to seat the beads, wrap a chain through the hand holes on the wheel and around the tire and lock ring. I also like to turn the whole assembly lock ring side down and slide it under a tractor or big truck. Use an air chuck that clips on to the valve stem.

These tires and wheels were designed to be serviced in the field without special equipment, but remember that if that lock ring gets loose with the pressure of the air in the tire behind it, it can cut you in half if it hits you.
