I recently picked up a dodge flathead motor,but know know what it is. all I know is that it was used in a welder, and was also used in a forklift.It is an inline six. the distributer is on the top of the head, and the starter is on the opossite passenger side of motor.the starter on my 230 is on the driver side of motor. Any body know what this motor is? will it work in my wc half ton? is this a better motor?
