two words "boat anchor", it sounds like a older industial engine, and they don't make as much power as the automotive versions, and your WC half ton is probably under powered as-is. They rebuilt kits are also generaly more pricy due to lack of them in the world, and especially ones with high hours, they are just more trouble than most would want.
