Smaller shops are simply designed for AUTO mechanics, and tire changers are usually the first job a new mechanic gets.
If you try a truck shop, they can balance them for you. Did you put the valve stem opposite the little "x" mark on the tire? This is the mark the tire company (supposedly) selected in their static balance as the heaviest side to go opposite the valve core assembly.
(Ok, I have to look at the manual before %100 certainty, as it might be next to the valve core, I can't recall)
Also if I recall, a large chunk of MUD inside one of the wheels would do it to you.

Anyway, start with changing the fronts to the rear. You may find it's one tire slightly out of round, etc. Then use the spare on the ground while you get the bad one fixed.
Steering stabilizer???
You mean exercise and doing pullups and pushups right???
Aw heck, just see Ray and you can refit it with Power Steering.
Good luck with it. WAW
