I believe that they get your Pass Word and info when a person responds to the phoney emails telling you to update your account info. They get enough id info from people who dont do a lot on ebay. These people wont check and see their account being used till the scam is complete. Then they have you email them before bidding. I bet this is where they tell you the payment has to be sent to a different place...since the seller is on vacation in Europe or something. And some of these deals ie $200 for a $2000 JD Tractor, people jump at the chance. There is NO free Lunch !
