I did not see disc brake pad prices in there. Or the $120 + shipping (hubs in and hubs out plus brackets out).

The disc parts (non-Helitools) seemed a little low (I thought I was getting a good price and I was quoted higher). Are there core prices associated with the calipers?

Also, my parts source noted two levels of quality in the rotors, a 'standard' and a 'heavy duty' with the HD being $25 more.

I figure if you come out less than $1000 per axle with disks when the smoke clears, you did well.

That said, I'm going to disks.
