Real good input from keith. How chip resistant is the material you talked about. One stone chip and the ten year under water theory is shot. I agree that you get what you pay for, and your method is the best way to go. I have a 74 PW with a home made front bumper that takes a lot of abuse and the cheap job I did on that Is holding very well for the last 10 yrs. It gets a touch up once in a while. That is what made me decide to go the route that I did. Will save the epoxy for my sheet metal
