GO to your add/remove programs and get rid of the Dell Alerts, Dell Help, Dell Hell, whatever it is called. It is just a link to automatically send you spam and junk from Dell and their advertisers. If it won't delete, at least uncheck the option boxes where it says that you want to recieve all of that junk.
After you run adaware and your spybot programs, go to "Tools"-"Internet Options" and delete "internet temporary files" That will speed up your computer tremendously and it doesn't hurt to defrag every 30 days or so either.
