Yoke - as long as the machine work is smooth (comparable to original surface), you shouldn't need to use a Speedi-Sleeve. If it difinately leaking between yoke and seal, nows the time to repair. Make sure there is no play in the driven shaft bearings which will cause it to leak.

Winch - The side plug on the inside of the worm housing is the oil level plug. Sounds like you may have to much oil in the housing. Let it drain to plug level.

Prime oil system - You can prime if you desire or just make sure you have electric current to the points for spark and have a buddy prime the carb with gas for a quick start when you start it for the first time. Once you do start it, keep it at a fast run until oil gauge indicates oil pressure and then let it fast idle for a 10 minutes before allowing normal idle - takes just a few seconds for oil pressure. Make sure the buddy feeds the engine gas until fuel pump can take over. After it comes up to operating temp and you trun it off, re-torque the head bolts
